Adding links query

Can someone please explain in easy terms please
How to post pics and links from other sites into a reply message.

Eg if I wanted to add a pic of someone or thing from a website how do I do it?

And if I'm replying to a query and want to add a link to another thread ( like the ones that come up in small print underlined)

But it's not from my gallery I want add from
But other sites.
For example, say I went to bbc sport and wanted to add a pic from there into a reply I was writing how do I do that?

It's just the same. Take the address of the picture itself and use the Img button on the post a reply page to add the correct img tags to the beginging and end turning this:
