Are you using any kind of seal of the joints ? or do the aluminium seal good enough ?

I'm using a sealing silicone in the Ali channels before I rivet them G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I like the way you do it!
I always use a hand riveter tool with 4mm rivets.
That gives the glue the time to flow between the surfaces.

Cut the inside partitions .. Hopefully I will get the roof fitted Saturday
Back partitions are not full size .. I'm just using the off cuts to line it upG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Got the roof on today before it rained ... Not had chance to fix it in place yet though
Had to rig up a tarp other wise it's never going to get finished
