G'day Rubymac
Sorry for the delay posting, funny having a conversation on. UK post with another Aussie, also on aulro.
Rims are compomotive avail thru GOE in WA ( green oval experience)
They ( compomotive) have apparently gone into receivership so if your keen don't hang about contact
Gordon at GOE. Their not cheap approx 550 each. Tyres are Bridgestone Duellers 697 light truck AT
Now on third set over two discos, brilliant tyre, cheaper then coopers etc but super grippy on road in wet, very quiet and only had two punctures in 3 sets both of those were nails from a building site down the road this incl trip fro cape York to bottom tassie!

Hi Daryl,
Thanks for the kind words it's a hobby as well as daily ride so that's how I justify the bucks spent all bits
To make it a bit easier but certainly not a prerequisite to get off-road not with these cars anyway.
More then welcome to come along, couple of us get up the watagans for day trips out of Sydney and also in RR club NSW. You'll find me on Aulro more then here so drop me a line there
Cheers

No prob, if you get the LR black and silver centre caps as they fit snug and look the part silastic them in
Even tho they're a tight fit, first bumpy track and they'll pop out.

And 8 other D3's D4's cleaned up a medium roo, only car in the convoy
with a bar go figure.

Yes I'm doing a full ARB fit out starting the end of this month.
Did you get your rock sliders from GOE?
If so how do you find them?
Cheers Rubymac

They Are Terrafirma bolted on really easy in existing holes once you remove the lower plastic trim.
The only tricky part was getting out the little plastic knobs which is easier
Just to break. You will need a couple of axel stands to support them either end as they are quite heavy.
Hint: don't fit the nonskid tape they supply as it takes the skin off the back of your calf every time you get out! Really happy with them and look great. Scraped the underside of them already so they do work.
Also fitted Gordon's compressor and sump guard I reckon a must. Also fitted Gordons 3 stage lift rods pic is on highest setting, not sure about stickers juries still out but look better in the flesh
