I had my 2007 SE at LR Midrand, they had a good go at it yet could not get it done. They have done 2006 and before, yet had no success on 2007.
They contacted LR UK support yet nothing works.
If any one out there has it done on a 2007 LR please let us know how who where and when. White LR3 TDV6 2007

Hi RichardSA
I have a June 2007 V8 SE and my Nav seemed to come from the factory all sorted for Nav entry on the move. Doesn't make sense that yours should be a problem.

Sorry Richard. Wrong info. I don't have factory nav entry on the move. I can use all the other settings but indeed can't enter a new destination on the move (arghh). Is there an issue with 07's?

Does it actually take 3 hours of labour or do they spend a couple of minutes setting up and plugging in, and the remainder of the time it upgrades wihout intervention...
3 hours seems like a long time to have a labourer working on it, are they re-writing the s/w Duncan

Yip it does take that long especially if they have to do software upgrades. I was fortunately there to "over look" the process. There are 7 other programs on other computers that have a dependency on the version of the controller that allows the NAV on the move setting. White LR3 TDV6 2007

Had mine done by the George agent today. The first attempt did not work. On the 2nd attempt they followed the SB instructions to the letter, also doing the upgrades for the Audio & Phone units which they left out on the 1st attempt.
It works like a charm, all the functions are available as if you were stationary. Cost was 2.5 hrs = R1140 vat inc. Ren Colyn

Heine, did you get the SB from 949BFN? I left my copy with the dealer. The SB states various other modules to be updated first, like the Audio, Telephone, Entertainment system etc.
Best you contact 949BFN for a copy of the SB. Ren Colyn
