Thanks guys, I'm really happy with it. Drives beautifully.
It's a 62 plate GS, with 10,000miles. Bought from Westover in Salisbury, can't recommend Chris Barton there enough. He arranged the privacy fitting for me, and found a removable tow bar, premium mats and a rubber boot mat as part of the deal.
The car has upgraded wheels, scuff plates, steps also.
Right now, I am missing cruise control, sat nav and leather (couldn't afford an SE in my budget), so will be adding this as we go... Just can't figure out how I am going to get a proffessional looking TomTom in place without removing the central cubby that holds the existing screen... Looks like this is needed for several config functions.
Right now I am considering TomTom 6000, with either some kind of hinge contraception yet to be designed, or held in behind the scenes by some cleverly placed velcro, although this could look a bit bodgey if I get it wrong.
Any guidance on any of these retrofits would be great fully received Justin

This is how I do it as I think it looks neat without trying to box it in and this has the added advantage of being able to remove it. It is held VERY firmly in place using small piece of Velcro type stuff on the top edge. The rubber mat holds if firmly in place. £30 at car audio to hard wire so it comes on and goes off with the ignition key/button.

See, the problem here is that the D4 comes with a silly screen installed that is used for phone and audio config.
I need to see this, so if I just put a new screen in I lose the functionality... Looking into outputs from sat nav device to see if I can put a switch in to a replacement screen and have them both coming into one...
Won't be easy, so will probably just settle for a Velcro fit straight over the existing one for now while I research other options...Justin
