I have not bought it - yet. It weighs in at around 27kg and is 16' long.
Would need to be handled carefully too.
Roof bars and collection are not an option for me as 1, I can't afford the time off work at the moment and 2, these things hold their price quite well and it's only about £500 below a brand new delivered one ( it would cost me at least 1/2 that in fuel alone) - which may of course be my best option. The retailer of a brand new one has offered dedicated delivery from Norfolk for £60 on their own van, which is amazing value really.Rich

Thanks everyone for helpful offers. I purchased a brand new one in the end. Been so busy on the campsite all summer that we are only just getting time to paddle it. Had an hour of superb peace and tranquility with GLW on the Fleet lagoon today though.

You don't need life jackets because accidents only happen to other people?
