Illegally closed lanes.
The lane at the bottom of the picture had a big lump of concrete put across the entrance. However someone has managed to drag it out the way but the other end is still blocked. I'm assuming it's the farmer that lives at the end of the lane.
Unfortunately, right down the other end in the woods, some fools have decided to drive into the Forrest and do their own off-roading through the trees and have made a right mess. For that reason I can't blame the farmer for blocking it off!
