17 " Rims on a HSE
Hi All
Not sure if this has been asked before -
Is it possible to fit 17 " rims to an HSE. I've been told by LR that the smallest you can go is 18" .

thought 17"s were OK on any TDV6, but smallest on V8 were 18"'s.

Yes, 17 is ok on TDV6. Not V8.

I was told that the TDV6 HSE has the same wheel hubs as the V8 (something about the brakes) and hence the restiction . I will check again with LR - maybe it's a South African spec differance ?

17's fit fine on my TDV6. I removed the 19's and replaced them with 17s no problem..Duncan
