Gents and Ladies
I am in need of your help.
I took delivery of my MY14 HSE Luxury in May this year. When I first got the vehicle I was sure that on unlocking at night the mirrors would fold out and puddle lights projected a light and image onto the floor.
I have returned the vehicle to the dealer for a few items, one being non operational puddle lights, only to be informed by the Service Manager that puddle lights are not fitted to my car!!
Please can you help me as I think I may be going mad!!

Just fit some under the door, there is a space there, much better and clearer than the ones from the mirror in my opinion, especially with the HIDS LED's

Its more the point that I have parted with alot of money and I want them to work. Are you of the opinion that there are puddle lamps in the mirrors?

I have no idea, I have a GS with amazing under door lights, never had the worry of an HSE and risking stepping in puddles

hse lux with cameras is same as mine and i have them. XC90 T8 R Design Pro

Look under the mirror and we if the light lens is there. If it is bend the service managers neck and get him to have a look. MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
