Disaster!

Ah well, you can use the soon-to-be-redundant tax disc holder instead.

Why would they change the interior of the pillar at this late stage?

Ordered a Volvo ticket clip last Monday & fitted it yesterday on my 2010 Discovery 4.
Very handy as the car park we use every week issue non sticky tickets. They frequently blow off the dash when shutting the door. Quite hopeless on a windy day. Anyway, £1.44 inc vat and very simple to fit. Just one screw to remove the trim.

I dont believe this clip was ever intended as a ticket holder! The main reason it exists is to allow owners to assess how well a new screen has been fitted. If it will not hold the ticket, tooo much "mastic " was used to bond the screen to the car. If the fitter realised he had used too much, he might be tempted to remove it Whistle

I have had 4 new screens and only on the last one did the "screen positioning sensor" confirm it was well fitted. So, if you have had a screen replaced, check your sensor Rolling with laughter
