Hi all
I have 2009MY HSE with Bluetooth works fine with iPhone 4s, but thinking of phone upgrade, does anyone have a list of what phones do work with the factory fit that would be in my model.
I am thinking of going for Samsung S5 or S6 as IMHO better value that another iPhone. So does anyone have one of these with standard bluetooth and can confirm that it works/pairs?
Thanks

B/T kits available in US?
Newbie - owned my LR3 since March. Now that both front and rear diffs have been replaced (along with the front driveshaft), I'm looking to upgrade the electronics. I've read all about fitting the D4 module in a D3, and the great kit that @Geoff offers. Is that kit still available, and can it be shipped to the US?

during the lasts couple of weeks, my bluetooth have taken on a habit of disconnecting with a static click while on the phone ... occasionally at first, but now almost every time I'm on the phone and every time I speak for more than 5 mins
A few times I've had to pull out the fuse for amp, bluetooth and headunit to "get it back" but usually it'll be connectable from the phone within seconds of disconnecting.
Is there a way of making it work better until I get through to Geoff and get a D4 module shipped over ?

no, a sony xperia Z5compact, with android 7.0 ... the problem has been coming and going for some time, though quite seldom ... but through the lasts weeks, both before and after updating to android 7, it has become too frequent

Torx screw???
Hi I am hoping to use the bluetooth exchange option (which we are so luck to have on this forum) but there is an option re size of torx socket. To save me striping down the rear side to find out do you know what it would be for a D3 2007 HSE. I do have an extensive range of torx sockets anyway. Looking forward to getting it sorted, better than 6 points and £200 quid!!!!!

Thanks Wiggs, I re-read the instructions (always useful) and placed an order as I already have the right torx bit. Thanks for replying, looking forward to not having to pair every time I get in the D3

D3 HSE Bluetooth
I'm just about to buy a D3 HSE V8 4.4 05 model. Which doesn't have a Bluetooth module nor steering wheel controls, for the phone?
I'm not too fussed about the steering wheel controls but I'm assuming that this is then lacking some form of a microphone connected to the stereo.
First of all, I've hunted this forum for a solid answer to yes no, how much? My other question I've been searching for is can I play music from my iPhone over the Bluetooth connection? or via USB cable.
I'd prefer Bluetooth but won't rule out USB

you will have a microphone as that is used for the voice control. (left side of steering wheel)
But you don't have any sort of phone/bluetooth.
no you can't play music via bluetooth or usb on a 2005
well not unless you get an aftermarket kit
