Hi Guys,
Didn't do anything with this interior from my initial post. My D4 has now gone and as such just need to clear all the space - and reclaim my garage!
Everything still remains - you can have as much as you need.

Do the seats and all the door cards, rear boot area panels fit straight into a D3? if so how much for them?

Hello Ash,
The seats will fit - may need a little wiring modification to the drivers seat - depends on what you already have.Have fitted d4 8 way electric front seats to a friends d3 (which was non electric)
The carpets, centre console, rear 1/4 panels will all fit, don't know about the door cards(never tried them).
Pricewise - would reduce it slightly if you don't want/need the seat belts, seat mountings, b.c & d pillar uppers.
