My standing there isn't as daft as it looks. We had stood uphill of the 90 and had tipped it so the NSF wheel on the ground and it wasn't going anywhere (although Matt's trousers suggested he thought otherwise), hence I was happy to stand downhill of it. There it sat, see-sawing back and forth in an Italian Job stylee every time Matt opened or closed the driver's door
To the casual observer it looks like I spent most of Saturday loving the 90s in a most physical way. I didn't; I spent quite a bit of time lying in the mud attaching shackles to D2 and D3 recovery points too including my own
Some cracking pics coming out of the trip. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Anyone fancy another event. I was thinking about two groups, one a little more extreme than the other. also maybe a Treasure Hunt type of thing.
SV, why not get a rtn flight to the UK. someone could put you up for a few days and you could join us !!!Duncan

Me and my D2 would like to, the last event was fantastic! Not extreme for me, Matt can do that I will see what D3 owners sign up and will join you if there is space left.Captain Nick Medhurst would ask:
"What is the first rule when overlanding?"
I would Reply:
"Duratrac"

Give it a go you never know what might happen
Wanted to try it last time, but with DaveT getting stuck thought it'd be the gentlemanly thing to take the easier route and pull him out.
(Plus it might of dried out a bit by the time this event comes round )
