Hi and welcome, sorry I can't help as I'm not that knowledgable, however maybe a search might find some information. Let's hope one of the forum 'gurus' comes along and can help

Hi,
I own a MY14 S Spec Disco 4 and I also would like to know how to retrofit bluetooth. As far as I know is that we need the buttons for the steering wheel, microphone (one or two?), the bluetooth-module some wiring (what is here the right one?) and the activiation in the CCF.
Who knows the LR part number for these parts?
Thanks!
bR
Wolfgang

I have the basic radio system - the controls look exactly the same as in this thread (1st post):

If you have these fitted then yes it looks like you can have a phone
Iv never been involved in one as there is no most ( fibre optic ) connections on the radio / screen or phone module .
Looks like you would have to run a lot of wires .
Wether any of the diagnostic stuff could switch it on is another matter .

No idea .. You'll have to ask around your areaG4 Gone ...but not forgotten
This thread I'll closely monitor and try to assist.
I am also in the same predicament and am very interested in the solution to this. I have a 2011 D4 S, same audio and display.
Around here they sell what they call an S "Business edition", which basically is an S with some comfort bits such as leather seats and Bluetooth phone integration. I haven't been able personally to get into one and check how the latter is implemented. Will do as soon as I get the possibility, which might be a while as there are no dealers near me.
What I do see from pictures of cars for sale of different MY is that some have and some haven't got the steering wheel buttons. As the reliability of the advertisers could be questioned I guess that mounting the steering wheel buttons is probably the safer option in order to be certain for this to work. They all have the simpler audio display and from this I assume that the necessary UI is possible to achieve on these either by unlocking the functionality with parameter adjustment or software update.
I also received som schematics on the audio equipment by the forum user Hedgehog that can be found in his gallery. These provide more or less the necessesary electrical interfaces (at least for MY 2011). What remains unclear is whether the functionality is possible to establish with the existing components once they have been connected. As far as I have been able to find on this forum and the internet, nobody has actually done this (i.e. outside of LR electronics development dept) so the probability for success is unknown.
I think wiggs would be the one to have the biggest chance of succeding with this, if he would be interested of giving it a go. So what we need to establish is a 2011 GS owner (as they seem similar to the continental S) interested of this venture and make him/her connect with wiggs .
