There are also used Jaguar XF ones on eBay at half the price.
Different bracket though.
Note to self.
Sensor output is typcially 3.5V
When put near a candle the CO output reduces to around 2.5V

From my reading you need to have the "auto" recirculation button on the climate which allows for one press for timed recirculation, press again for auto (like rear aircon) and a third time for off. This is explained in the handbook.
Just enabling it it CCF is not sufficient as it it is either off or timed - no auto from the smog sensor.
I fitted one and coded it but it does not work as no way to get it to auto. Need the part number for Japanese market one - with rear air con for mine.
Interested to know if it actually did work for the original poster too and what was displayed in the climate/video screen if it did but my guess is nothing
