WD will continue to cover you, you can also get the parts contribution removed for a relatively small extra premium.

I'm currently on LuxuryCare & would like to continue it for another
3 years & 36k miles - do you think that that is achievable with WD without
too much additional premium.
I've been with them 3 years & so far no claims; but I am obsessive about
servicing, but not washing, the Disco.

Landrover Warranty as previously said costs approx £900 how do the others compare in price.

Nigel I got Luxury care way past 69K miles and had betterment removed. I think the additional premium for betterment removal was around £50 a year or so.
If you have a policy it is much easier to renew at the higher level of cover than if you try to start from scratch.
One of the cars is on 119K and I just got renewal with the level down from Luxury care and no betterment.
