Can anyone give me a reliable service centre in or near Brisbane? Currently the vehicle is serviced by my local dealer in Toowoomba and I am less than impressed with their handling of a few issues that I've had with the vehicle. My airbag warning light being still on after about 4 trips to have it remedied is but one example. TDV6 HSE Zambezi/Tundra

Have they checked the "clock-spring" arrangement in the steering column? This is a common problem (esp in 05 models). This can also cause cruise control issues and DSC issues.

I can go just as fast with 7.

Lex, I have not had mine serviced by either of the two centres available in Brisbane as mine was purchased at Southport. For services I enjoy the run down to the coast and have always been offered a loaner. The service manager is switched on and genuinely helpful.
BTW, I personally decided to have my oil and filter changed at 6000 km intervals and so I have had twice as much contact with the service centre as most owners so feel that qualifies me to comment as I have.
It is a fair distance for you but just one trip might be worth it to see if a different service manager can attend to you queries.

Thanks for the info guys. I think that I'll give the Guys at Southport a go. I assume that this is Bruce Lynton you are referring to? TDV6 HSE Zambezi/Tundra

Yes, that was the name I was tempted to say out aloud. But now I don't have to, as you have said it.
