Warranty renewal - who's better, who's best? |
|
As the title, really - my LR approved used warranty is about to expire, and even though I've run every other car I've owned without a warranty, I've never had a car with so many warranty claims (not meant to be controversial, but it's true!), so I'd quite like to purchase a warranty for the next 12 or 24 months.
But I have no experience of buying after-market warranty, so I'm concerned about getting the best value for money, that being price/protection rather than simple cost.
All thoughts and experience welcome
Many thanks
Richard

I've renewed with warranty direct. The betterment clause removed so I get all labour and all parts paid for including wear and tear but minus consumables and 50quid excess per claim.
I've only had one claim, the previous owner had several. They seem to pay out simply and without problem.
They do options upto 150k miles / 16 years old
