Well, if anyone fancies a Firenze Red & Black HSE D4, with dark glass, walnut and a cooler, then there's probably a good deal to be had, with immediate delivery! It should make someone's day
I wonder if I can bring myself to go and look at it?.....

Yeah seems to be a not uncommon fault.
Wife ordered a wee fiat 500 auto a few years ago when the government were doing that scrappage scheme. Traded her car in there and then to get the deal and had to wait a few months for new one to come. Top of the range auto in a nice grey with sports seats.
Salesman phoned her when it came and said her nice new white one was there with bog standard interior. One thing we both stated was that we were flexible on the colour if we got a good deal except white and no way would we take white. Seemed very put out we wouldn't take it and thought saying the office worker who typed the wrong details in had been sacked would make it all right. Even went as far to say if we didn't like it we could cancel the deal and take back the original car as it was still in their pound.
Brave man. the rotweiller rose to the surface and he got told a few facts of life. Got an apologies from higher up the chain but still had to wait ages to get a car near the spec we wanted. Don't believe they gave a d*** just didn't want to loose the sale. In the end she was happy so my ears were happy.
Once you've signed on the line there are some dealers that don't give a hoot. Just hoping my new beastie when it comes is ok. Got in writing they will swap the 20"wheels for 19"from a show room car.

Nah! large group up here with fingers in every make. Not naming but first few letters in alphabet covers the initials of their name. To say less than impressed with the group would be an understatement.
Father had an X-trail from a different dealer but same group and had problems with his discs and complained. It was low mileage and they said they couldn't do anything as he could have had it offroad.
Unfortuneatly he had his hearing aid turned up and heard them in the back going on about some fault they already new off when he got it [ex demonstrator] so refused to pay and they eventually gave in. Normally he would have been deaf as a door post but the aids were new and still not set up correctly.
Same place told an old auntie when she asked where the spare wheel was on another ex demonstrator that modern cars don't come with them [few years back now] I read the manual and it clearly stated full size spare. They then supplied one when it was pointed out but with poor grace. Could go on but don't get me started.Discovery 4 HSE Montalcino Red

Another one with wrong wheels here! Picked up my brand new HSE today and to my dismay had the wrong alloys! Dealer is swapping them over in the next week or so, so I'm not too fussed. Not what you expect on pick up of a 60k car though!!
Which alloys did you get?Volvo XC60 - does all that the D4 should have done

Amusingly I just noticed that the number plate is wrong too so they're currently rushing someone over from the dealership to switch it over!! You just have to laugh!!
