RAC warranty advice
Hello.
I brought my d3 2008 HSE(87k) last week and loving and also loving the website, so much help at hand
My d3 came with standard 3 month silver RAC warranty, has anyone had any dealings/info on there warranty. Would it be worth taking out the gold or platinum warranty after the 3 months. not sure how good their is warranty or should I try warranty direct, who quoted me £630 for a year.
Thanks everyone.

I had an RAC with mine when i bought it amd so much was excluded particularly and wear and tear type items.
Warranty direct on the other hand come well recomended on this forum and include wear and tear.
I have luxury care cover with them and costs a lot but so far i'm well in tje black

thanks for the info, I was thinking pretty much the same about the RAC cover.
Warranty direct does seem to be popular on here, I just did a quote on the website and that comes at around £640 for "SecureCare Policy". which I think covers quite a bit!?
Is the "luxuryCare Policy" much more in price than that, or does my d3 not qualifies because its 87k miles. (wasn't sure if "maximum miles" was done in that year or maximum on the vehicle )

The luxury care etc is all dependant on age and or mileage BUT you can negotiate woth them.
The biggest thing to knock down is the betterment so that they pay 100% of parts
