I need a new set of tyres, should i stick with the Goodyears that came on it or go to something else. Mainly blacktop driving with the odd adventure off road. If i go for something different would it matter that i would still have a new goodyear as a spare? Who's good for prices? Sorry if this has been an old topic but not read anything before as not needed tyres before, any help and advise would be appreciated as i have to get this done in the next few days. 2005 Disco 3 HSE in Zambezi + Ebony, Sat Nav, Active Locking Rear Diff and Cool Box

Sticking to the Goodyears would probably be ok but if you do gravel roads I would suggest a change.
I swapped to Cooper Ht+ they do better off-road and have a softer compound so they don't chip or crack like the Wranglers.

I used Cooper HT+ on my recent Kimberley trip. I drove from Melbourne via the Tanami (900 kms dirt) then did another 1100 of dirt on the Gibb (plus Mitchell Falls).
No punctures, a bit of chipping on the rears, no complaints.
They probably don't grip quite as well on the bitumen as the o.e. Goodyears (but should last longer)
The HT+ aree slightly larger, so your speedo is almost accurate !
