HSE, HSE Lux etc discontinued? |
|
Hi all, I have just been looking at the car configurator on the Land Rover site and it now appears there are just three variants of the Disco 4 - Graphite, Landmark and commercial... Is this correct? Not much in the form of colour choices anymore!

Ah, yep, I see the thread now. Must be closing down the line and making production of the final cars easier. I suppose that makes sense for them, although not ideal for the customer.

I wonder if this means that the Dealerships will be able to sell off the existing display models without penalty? Never take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

It possibly does. In one way, as a current owner, if the final cars are a bit 'grey/dull' hopefully ours will hold their values a little longer? Especially if the Disco 5 looks just like the EvokRR, I think the unique shape could help ours remain desirable.

Probably what owners of the 200TDi said when the 300 came out, what owners of the 300 said when the Td5 came out, what owners of the TD5 said when the D3 came out and what owners of the D3 said when the D4 came out.
Don't kid yourself 2014 D4 XS

Having finally got hold of a disco after years of wanting one I'm quite gutted they are frankly ruining the model with the D5. Will be just another curvy wagon........
