Took delivery on 29th Nov 2004. YE54 DVA no longer on dvla so maybe MMJ have it!
Got my D3 2 months after that, so it would be 11 years old in a couple of weeks.
Unfortunately I can't check the DVLA to see if it's still about as I had it registerd from new on my private plate.
How I wish I kept note of the assigned plate when I let it go [same for the D4] ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

I originally thought it could be for anyone who still owns a Disco 3 which is over 10 years old and still in their possesion, if the idea is accepted I'm sure Martin will figure out the best way of implementing it. Nice to see others feel the same

holding out for the 20 year medal. Don't see any point in changing her to a D4.

I have now reached the stage where I am thinking I may put the D3 into partial retirement and change to another regular car. The secondhand value of the D3 is such that I may as well keep it and then not have to rush if doing maintenance. Just fearful that less use could lead to problems starting.2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

I think its a brilliant idea, not sure whether it is a medal for a ten year old d3, ten year ownership of a d3 or just ten year ownership of a landrover/discovery. Whatever the criteria decided by the work horses behind the scenes of the forum is in my opinion the correct option.
If its for the car then mine would be more than happy to receive the night of Valentines Day when she turns 10, what a beautiful love story that would be. However I am late to the party and so just a young pretender who doesn't deserve squat.
Those that make both criteria

Treating mine to a 10th b'day treat by letting her drag my svelt ar$e up through Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, E Finland to Lake Inari, up to NE Norway then down through Sweden stopping off at various national parks, back through Denmark, Germany then the Low Countries. Unless the immigrant chaos is still happening then I'll be coming back through the Baltics & Poland. It's what she loves.
