Popped into my local dealer this weekend to have a look at interiors in newish used D4's with a view to buying 12 months old at some point in the near future.
Ended up putting a deposit down on a brand new Indus Silver Landmark with Almond Interior.
Due in June......how am I gonna last that long without sleep?

Nooooooooo, Old Blackie is off to pastures new. I shall be sad to see her go, longest I've ever kept a car, and it's dawned on me how much buying that car has influenced my life. Odd really but I have met so many great people since buying her 7 years ago.
I'm sure her replacement will be with us for even longer and will be a worthy replacement

Overall cost of new was cheaper than used, not shocked really as I fathomed that out 2-3 years ago, just the deal kept getting better. Took the sales guy 5 hours to close the deal

Some of us can only dream of a new one 
(a bit two faced as just going through with a new house purchase of £800k, the only good thing for being over 60 and Equity Release!!!) 
P.S. Probably buy an entire town for that in some parts

The firm who's Sales Manager said he had received by email of complaint and told me "he had been to busy to reply" then promised to call me back with the result of a meeting he was having with LR the following week.
Shame thats now 4 months ago !
