Early D4's are approaching the 7 year service
As I have an early D4 the belt service will be due next year. I thought it would be helpful if anyone in the same boat could put up the prices they've been quoted. I realise there will be plenty of people who have already had it done based on their mileage so it would be handy if you could let us know the prices also
Stratstone have quoted me £899.00 - that may well change by the time it's due though.

Been quoted £600 for both.
That's with local indy - labour at £45 per hour

late D3 but just had belt service for £850 at Listers Land rover, they started at £1100 then said they'd do it for £900 and I haggled to £850 after telling them Stratstones would do it for £700 (garage to far away in reality and stratstones not got the best rep)

Mine was £768 for all belts (inc aux belt) and B service at an indy, oh and they said the rear HPFP belt is a nightmare as its timed on the D4.
Last time I was in the stealer they anticipated running an offer for belts when the 7th anniversary of the D4 launch was due (as they did with the D3)I started off with nothing and Ive still got most of it left.

Seems to cheap thats got to be worth 200 quids worth of parts alone (dayco) and not britpart either!
Of course if the tech can do it in 2 hours and Im sure if you do enough of them its a real possibility, there may be some money in it for them.

West 4x4 quoted around £590 from conversation with Mark today and would reduce A service cost (£307) too.Stolen - D4 Loire Blue
