How hard should it be to get hold of a replacement door card for a MY12 D4?

we had drivers replaced on warranty...63 plate as the seat belt was Censored and damaged the card on closing the door...about 650 quids I think...

Christ, is this still an issue? Had the same seatbelt problem back in 09 on my 08 D3 but dealer "couldn't replicate" so changed belt on warranty but told me to Censored off for the door card Rolling Eyes
