As stated i see they have started a second Landrover/Jaguar Dealership to be completed end of 2016 at Newbury 10 min drive of M4,roof top parking drivethrough reception.So as well as Cumnor moving to milton park Didcot shortly.
Good or Bad they are spending some serious wedge on these brands let's hope customer service is one thing they improve as well?

Been told by two local dealers they are both moving to new premises in the near future to meet Land Rovers requirements for their franchise. D4 - Stornoway Grey

It's about 5 minutes from where I live but I'd not spend a single penny with that Company, admittedly my experience is with another brand they 'represent' however my experience is they're rotten from the top down Mark

Well with the high turn over of staff since takeover and with certain staff hand picked prior brought in and the stories of who have left could just be true?

Was now part of Marshall Group been bought out so very interesting how it develops as customer service has dropped since Hartwells ?

So for anybody thinking of using the new Marshalls in Newbury I'd think again, below is my experience from yesterday
Arrived at 8.30 at Marshalls Newbury to collect a D5 for the day as arranged, other than receptionists there was nobody there, nobody knew about the demo arrangement and eventually the receptionist found somebody who would look into it.
Person and demo never materialised so walked out, clearly they don't want the business.
I'd hoped that what was Ridgeway might have been improved with the takeover but unbelievably it's worse, not surprised they only have 1.5 out of 5 on trustpilot! Mark
