Just ordered an MY16 Commercial SE
Hi all,
Ive just placed an order for a new works mule, it had to be another disco as nothing out there will tow the kind of loads I do with such aplomb.
Spec as follows:
Commercial SE
Waitomo Grey
20" Style 511 wheels
Heated/Electric Seats & arm rests
Heated steering wheel
Heavy duty tow bar
Reverse camera - went for this over vision assist because of this forum!
Cant wait for March now as my old D4 GS has just gone, so I'm without a Disco for the winter

I had the OEM LR ones on my 2010 D4 for years, Ive grown sick of them so I'm getting these Bearmach ones fitted when I take delivery along with black vents.

Oh, just worried my dealer was hiding something from us.
Don't go too stir crazy with the wait. We are halfway through our wait (Feb16 EDD) for ours, at least we still have the TdV6 MY13 to fill the void ATM.

Ive just swapped to Santorini black, whilst Waitomo is nice its £1000 extra and doesn't tie in with the rest of the fleet, everything is black!

If it were a proper Disco and not a commercial then yes i'd have it, but in reality I'm not going to make that £1000 back upon resale and the black ties in with the rest of the fleet, it also leaves a nice blank canvas at the rear for livery whereas grey wouldn't do that.. You also can't beat black when polished up.
It's also freeing up £1000 for some new AT boots, full length roof rails, side tubes and black grille/vents. Im going for the look below bar the black wheels

I really wish I could've ordered that colour, fell in love with it after seeing it on the XXV.

Yes Causeway - fully loaded HSE Luxury ticked pretty much every single box
Have bought new black vents, sprayed a new black grille, and black powder coated my winter wheels so I can go between black pack and standard "bling/silver" (summer wheels are the 511)
Have fitted prospeed rock and tree sliders plus Defender 90 rear mudflaps instead of the rather useless OEM D4 ones
MIGHT SELL THOUGH!!! Love the car to bits but have a hankering for getting a 2 year old D4 HSE and have a natty Defender 90 SW XS next to it as my toy 8)
