The car battery went 25 days ago deadly flat,
Since then the cruse control dosnt work
and good idears ?

Can be a number of things, from the brake light switch dying (fairly common), to the switch pack on the steering wheel, (less common), the wiring loom under the airbag, or the clockspring.
If you are unfamiliar with testing these items, I would suggest you return it to the dealers again.
