Yep, when you save your seat position it also saves the mirror positions. Here is the D4 mirror diagram. The wire colours may be different to this diagram but the PIN numbers are the same.

United Kingdom 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE Manual Zambezi SilverDiscovery 3

To update: unfortunately I never got hold of any wiring diagrams in time, I just went ahead and used the old wing mirror connectors and used them on the D4 wing mirrors, taking a photo of where the cables went before hand then just matching the wire colours e.g. if there was a green wire on the D3 I used the green wire on the D4 mirror into the same connector space. It got more tricky towards end as some wires didn't have matching colour wires.

This worked for me but took a little time and trial and error.

However, after a week I noticed a fault on my passenger side mirror only, when reversing it would go down/tilt but it would not go back to its original position when you start and drive forward. I don't know if this is a fault with the actual wing mirror or because I connected the wires up wrong.

Every connector on the car has a number.

For the mirrors, these are C0319. The pin numbers are the dash numbers after the connector number. So, on Irwin's wiring diagram, C0319-10 is connector C0319 pin 10 and it is the Mirror heating supply.

Hope that helps!

I see that as a sensor ground on both diagrams ?
