Hi Dan, I'll have one if you have any left.
My Landmark doesn't have the cool box and I did use the one in my D3 all the time.
I would change the one over from my D3 but it's gone out on hire for six months.
Let me know and I can send over the payment.D4 2016 Landmark, Waitomo Grey.

I'm tempted by a 1/2016 HSE Lux that my dealer's found. I asked about fitting a cool box to it and he went to check with his service department. The answer came back:
"I have spoken to the workshop controller and we cannot transfer cool boxes. The whole wiring loom requires replacement to do so."
Having read this thread though, could this advice might be, erm, "flawed", but if I do swap and lose the fridge I will have a very unhappy wife
Any reassurance gratefully received, especially if there's a link to any instructions
If I wind up needing to buy one, I shall be speaking to Dan 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

Hi, they can definitely be changed over with no issues.
The wiring loom is standard for all vehicles as the cost of making different looms is prohibitive.
On vehicles not factory fitted with the cool box the plug is tucked up under the centre console.
Apart from having to be brave to pull the centre consol panels up it is really straight forward.
I have just fitted one to my new Landmark as I missed it from my HSE.
The dealer is talking nonsense probably because he doesn't want to swap it over.
Hope this helps D4 2016 Landmark, Waitomo Grey.

Thank you BAZ
I'm slightly annoyed that they should come up with something that's so easy to disprove, but at least I now know it's not a concern 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

Just spent about an hour fitting the fridge.
Good old useless LR instructions didn't help that much, biggest hassle was getting the "shoulder" clips off the lid hinge (they just pull up but very stiff). Rest was fairly straight forward, there is only one screw consigned to rattle around in the centre console for all eternity. And managed to get it back together properly once I realised there is a specific routing for the cable, basically the car cable goes up the left side of the fridge.
Next job, change the battery once my back is a bit better. And change the unused spare for the front left, fitting the Uncle Ray plate. And get rid of the locking wheel nuts. And anything else I can think of.
