Mileage OCD (part 2)

I remember seeing a post from Erea about lined up numbers on his speedo, well here is my offering.

A bit sad I know, but it took a little planning!

Yes it takes a small bit of planning and watching to get it exactly.

I've got a picture where I got my Volvo showing 1234567 and 890 on the trip.

As already said it does take a bit of plannning, the Volvo has two trips so I had them both set 1/2 mile apart so I could be pretty sure I had a decent window or opportunity. In the end I managed to get it so they came up as I pulled up on the drive.

I'm more interested in how you got the mileage to start with a 3, mine always starts with a 2 Laughing
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Probably because mine has a manual gearbox and I drive really slowly Wink Whistle

That is in reality it's going to work out to be about 29, but that's after 300 miles of winding rural Norfolk roads, lots of stop start, no motorways driving.

Best I've had, calculated 35.3mpg

Mileage ocd.

Very impressive, but the 30+ to the gallon is better. I drive mine like Miss daisy and can’t get that. 😂

Laughing the mpg 'lieometer' isn't accurate anyway!

In 456 miles all the stars will be aligned Whistle

So close, yet so far away! missed it by 0.1! Sad

Nearly got the other screen to line up with 12°C 34.5 mpg, but couldn't quite get there.
