| Headlamp deflectors for D4 HSE help |

We are travelling to Europe in the next few weeks and i understand the Discovery 4 HSE will require some head light deflectors fitting, just wondering if anyone on the forum has used these before and could give me some advice on the best ones to get etc...
Any help will be really appreciated ..

I have MY12 HSE and investigated exactly this. I have the adaptive headlights if it makes any difference. The manual suggests that if there is a 'motorway' symbol on the headlight unit (assume looking at with bonnet up) then no need for any adjustment. But if not, there are instructions on how to adjust the beam, which involves taking the back of the headlight unit off and adjusting a leaver. I tried to do this with the headlight unit in situ - impossible I reckon.
I was going to France for just one night and would be driving less than an hour in dusk. So I didn't bother, because I would have needed to flip them back for the final leg back in the UK. MY2012 D4 HSE Nara Bronze with some extra stuff

You don't need to fit deflectors. There's a lever inside the headlamp unit to flip them over for driving on the right. It's really difficult to find with the headlamp units in the car but you can see it and flip it easily if you remove the units first although this isn't strictly necessary. The handbook tells you how to do it. MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - with extra nice bits added
