I've built something like that for several of my previous Land Rovers (D1, D2, 110) and have just got all of the bits I need to make one for our D4. It's really useful for things like coats, which are bulky and just get in the way when laid on top of other stuff.
Can't see why it wouldn't fit with a dog guard. They're mounted further forward in line with the thick 'C' pillars.Darren

Hard to see from that how it fits does it use the grab handles or another fitment method
