| How do I mount two spotlights in front of the grille? |
|
I’m new to Discovery ownership, having bought a lovely D3 last weekend, with the intention of building an expedition-ish vehicle. Expect a load of possibly daft questions!
How do I go about mounting two spotlights in front of the grille? Is there a LR mounting kit, or a recommended aftermarket one? Propelled across the land in a carriage of no horse drawn, belching Satan’s black wind into our clean and local air.

Have a look at the pictures in the gallery......I mounted 4 Lightforce 140s using DIY store brackets and then VERY CAREFULLY cut the grill out to suit!! 2000 D2 TD5 - big red tractor no longer with us
2006 D3 - no longer with us and sadly missed
2010 D4 alas no more, but a lovely colour (Nara)
2016 D4 about to depart
2022 DS nearly...........

depends what lights you want - there are pics in my gallery of both D3's and my D4 with LR Safari 5000's fitted to the grill.
Al Volvo XC90 B5 Plus Dark
