Or thinking "I'm not a moderator of anywhere except Morocco News"
Which, frankly, was an oversight on my part given this thread 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

spoil sport.
We could have used His Mossyness to wind these chumps up
Bodsy, what you have to remember is that Martin owns a
As Mrs Do$h will tell you, any owners of ] have an aversion to cleaning them.
I can see the benefits of posting info on scratch removal and listing products that are known to work exceptionally well, but the thought of page after page of photos of gleaming gear selector bezels being polished with a cotton bud isn't one I relish and I'm sure Martin has got half an eye on the amount of storage space that will be needed for all the pictures too!I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Surely NoDo$h you'd use a microfibrebud, not a Cotton one.....
I only used the term 'hardcore' loosely, of course there are still hardcore elements left here in blighty (just not hardcore enough to go to Morocco)
DG I forgot about that one....
OK, from my view, I'm not bothered about 'detailing' however, I do need to have a clean car from time to time. The products that I've got serve two purposes 1) protect the paint as far as possible for off road activities without going to the 3M sticky plastic stuff 2) make it as easy to clean as possible (when I do clean it) so i can do it as quickly and as painlessly as possible to keep her indoors happy.
The first time I cleaned it with the foam gun thingy & then put some Klasse AIO sealant, it took me all day (but that was prep for the Wedding day car, so surely I can be excused that one) The next time I cleaned it with the foam gun thingy it took only 90 minutes because all the cack came off so easily. So a little preparation and attention to 'detail' in the early stages, I hope will pay dividends in the future.
Mock as you wish, but there will be a time that the car will be sold and the better condition it is in now, the better it should be in the future. God knows the re-sale value of these things is poor enough at the best of times, so If I can do both off-road stuff and treat it as the limousine it is, then we keep everyone happy.

Well if you want topics such as this perhaps a title which is actually helpful and related to the content would be appropriate?06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
