2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Unknown Colour

ECOTAXE !!!

I am about to buy a Disco 3 2005 (from the Nederland) to import in France
Horror... It seems to suggest that i need to pay 8000€ of ECOTAXE, that's almost the value of the car
Any one knows about that Taxe ?
