Summer Conti 235/70/R17 versus All season Conti

Dear friends, please advise me what tires to acquire from the next spring. I decided to keep the Continentals due to this forum but I do not know how to differentiate between the following:

Summer tires:
1. https://www.cauciucuridirect.ro/product/Co...t/R-318933 (C for fuel)
2. https://www.cauciucuridirect.ro/product/Co...t/R-106925 (E for fuel)

(basically they seem the same tire to me, but the significant differences in price and fuel consumption class indicate that they are not equal)

AND

All season tires:
1. https://www.cauciucuridirect.ro/product/Co...t/R-209726
