FRONT SUSPENSION AIR BAG

Just noticed when I had the car jacked up put my road wheels back on that a small amount of rubber was wearing off the air bag and adhearing to the center black steel part it is in contact with when the suspension travels up and down . This does not seem normal, as I have only 41,000 km. Has eneyone noticed this ?
Some feedback before I take it to the dealers would be good.
