Possibly, as we discovered the wiring is there even if it's not fitted so if you can get the sensors and get a dealer to enable them it could be done
Have a chat with your dealer The End

YDB500310PMA Sensor x 4
VTJ500070PCL Inner Front Bezel x2
VTJ500080PCL RH Outer Front Bezel
VTJ500090PCL LH Outer Front Bezel
I'd confirm this is all you need with your dealer The End

Is there a LR Guide to fitting the Front PDC or would the only option be to have the dealer fit it for me Jim

At a guess if someone on here that has them factory fitted can give you measurements as a guide for where to drill the holes you should be able to do it yourself - or go for a wander around your dealers with a tape measure and digital camera
Have a look at the winch fitting instructions on OwnerInfo, these will show you how to remove the plastic bumper which you'll need to do to connect them up The End

Jim,
Don't forget to take lots of photos and do a blow-by-blow write up of the fitting if you do do it yourself for anyone else considering it!
Cheers

Guess I should have thought about the tape measure at dealers myself
Cheers for the comment.
If anyone would be so kind as to measure the location of the sensors, I would be eternally greatfull. Jim

Compared with fitting the winch it should be a doddle TFC can tell you all about that (and about trying to relocate the front PDCs) The End
