BF Goodrich AT 265/70/17

Anyone got any experience or info on these tyres ?

I was in getting a balance done today and asked the gaffer what he had in terms of 17 " offroad tyres. He showed me the above but ( doh !) I forgot to check the load/speed rating !

He quoted me € 155 + VAT which seems pretty good to me.Wills plea for STT's prompted me to ask whilst I was in.

Sorry Discowex, due to how long they lasted it was a few years ago (2003) that I got them.

However I paid £85 per tyre for 5 all in back then which was about 60% of RRP.

Gaffer said that he fitted them to a D3 last week CFB.

The width ( 265 ) seems a lot with the 70 Profile ?

Did a site search before posting Spotter and didn't come up with any hits .

ps he also had BFG MT's but sadly only available up to 16's .They looked like a serious FO Tyre

Some comments on 265/70/17 here:

and here

If you search using wildcards (*) you'll find stuff more easily. I searched for 265* *17 looking for ALL terms and asked for results as posts not topics.
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
