Big thanks to Beanie, Martin & PatGAP
I had bought an Altox WBUS 4 last March from Fyfasan to install in my D3 (he very helpful with tips how to install it), but because the winter had passed I never got around to installing it.
Just bought a D4 and by reading one of Beanie's threads about the Altox, he also sells, I found out that Martin was planning to start making a plug in lead for the D4 that saves a lot of work installing the Altox.
Contacted Martin and Beanie with loads of questions and they both answered them quickly. I ordered from the forum shop and when there was a small issue with the lead I bought (Altox WBUS 4 has a different connector compared with WBUS 5) Martin quickly made up an adapter which he send free of charge. Top customer service
Some more questions to Beanie to get it all working: every time there was a quick & clear answer even though he didn't sell me the unit he gave me top customer service.
Needed to enable it via my IID tool which was still registered to my D3 but a PM to Pat sorted all that in no time.
This all is what makes this forum great and also some companies (LR are you listening?) could learn a lot what customer service is concerned!
