Mine actually slotted for Friday 17 March.
Maybe the build slots start on a Friday even though it might not actually be built until sometime during the following week.

When is a build quoted as started?
When the shell is Built or when said shell arrives at the assembly line ready for your specific build options?Stu

If they only get built on Fridays and there are 20000 ordered, the U.K will have left Europe, then rejoined, apologised for all the distress they caused, Donald Trump will have received an honourary Knighthood for outstanding achievements and my new D5 will be all electric.

I think its stamped on after paint during assembly along with a tag under bonnet and the tag on the top of the dash visible through the windscreen.
