test drive

Dropping my D4 off today as there is an engine earth problem .. AA did temp fix to get me home last night .

While sorting out a car to use , they threw some keys at me and said go and try that

HSE TDV6 3.0 ... drove amazing , seats held you in place nicely .

Couple of things I noticed

Cameras ( surround ) ..much better than the last D4 ones .. but they do switch off after 20mph.

Also the 360 degree looked a bit silly on the great big screen




It was raining , but still a marked improvement






Infotainment screen is nice .. seems to work well









You can drop all the headrests via the screen .. but have to manually put them back up

loads of room in engine bay






Had this bad boy in showroom .. 1st edition in black ( HSE LUX ) .. just sold for £68000






There is going to be a safety recall on side steps .. there is an issue


I'm on the configurator now Thumbs Up G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

That rear does look odd think its because theres no bumper as such Confused Wanted D4s non runners pm for competitive price.

Try leaving out the emoji, some cause a problem where it cuts everything after it. Doesn't happen with all emoji so difficult to track down. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

yes ..I thought it was the 2.0 litre because of all the space ..but that's the new 3.0 Thumbs Up G4 Gone ...but not forgotten
