The module is plug end play, but you need a power cable to server the module and a splitting MOST cable to ad the module in the MOST network. Instructions is given in the thread form jagforum liked above. You will also need a antenna.
Then one have to activate the DAB, I used IIDTool and the untested CCF settings, ask GAP to activate this on your tool.
The trouble for now is that it does receive and play as it should, but when switching into DAB the head unit seems to freeze. Power of and power on does resolves it, but needs to be done every time when switching from another source.
When power on the car the sound does not come on before the volume control is moved up or down. If the ignition is not on it is not possible to get into the DAB menu, but the sound is present after touching the volume control.
This is for a pre 2012 model, 2012 and onwards is supposed to be easier and function without trouble.

Hi ewikran,
I have the DAB Receiver and I also have the splitting most cable bought here
Now I need the green antenna amplifier...
but also the https://www.in2digi.com/products/d-jv-2/ is very interesting. It' really P&P (MOST Y and power) and it is supplied with e dedicated (easy to hide) antenna. I had an emails conversation with in2dig and the confirm the full integration with my MY.
And it is DAB+ (my LR DAB receiver it's only DAB).
And, at the end, I'm beta tester for GAP, so I have access to the full CCF editing and my D4 is a MY2011 (not 2012 system).
Do you remember how many voices are needed to change the CCF?
Thank you for the infos, I'll keep you (and the forum) informed.....Discovery 5 tdv6 HSE Corris Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition

This might help
I did a bit of a retro fit article for the down under faith full, I would be happy to send it to you but how do you attach files to this site, send me a pm and I will email it.
Hopefully some of it is of use but you may need to get specific UK market components, though I got mine from UK anyway, there are pictures and a step by step guide.
PeterMY13 D4 Nara Bronze HSE, Almond Interior, E-Diff, 20" for the road, 18" GOE for the fun stuff, Traxide, OL Bar, GAP IIDTool, Pioneer Tray, DAB+ LOGIC & ICE retro-fit, Vintage SAV Marchal Driving lights (weird I know but what can I say).......more to come

The integration of the in2digi seems to be the factory menu, looks very similar in mine. Don't think that aftermarket solutions can alter the menus as it is part of the LR headunit.
The antenna I am using is aftermarked and glued to the side window behind the C-pillar cover. Easy to install and works great here.

ewikran,
I have dubs on antenna connections
You installed an aftermarket antenna, but I don't understand how.
Regarding your installation, reading your email, you connected the aftermarket antenna on plug 1? or in the plug2? and the other plug to the green amplifier? Am I understand right?
Like the scheme below where ANTENNA_BL is "1" and ANTENNA_B3 is "2" (or viceversa)?
I try to build a scheme .....

FOr an easy installation, I want to install an aftermarket antenna on the right rear fixed windows area, but I understood that I also need the connection with the green amplifier in the left rear fixed windows area, am I right?

No green amplifier in my setup.
The antenna is active and has its own amplifier (black blob with text on the pictures).
Suspect that LR has this system splitted in the antenna and a separate amplifier. You should get away with any active antenna that fits the plug on the module.
