Purchased a 2014 D4 from this company with 2year warranty, when I first seen it she was dirty & in need of tlc so it was agreed all scratches chips in wheels and a thorough examination would be done, well when I collected it she looked great , purchased some mud flaps , fitted them and noticed oil all over gear box reported this back to dealership & awaited call back in the mean time I gave her a wash to reveal the scratches and chips had only been covered up car is back with them paint work is apparently complete ,oil as been cleaned off and it needs 500miles putting on the clock so they can see where the leak is coming from and then they will do a warranty claim as for the chips in the wheels we are still inn a heated discussion, so the moral of this story is stay away from this rip off dealership, as I will have this car back send it into a proper dealership to get the oil leak down & will even pay for the wheels to be done , and marshals motor group have proved to me that they are a rip off dealership that can't be trusted my mistake be warned, rant over

Marshalls in Melton Mobray are top draw looked after my dad whilst he was down there when his power steering pipe let go, did him a temp repair and never charged him , that was on a 57 RRS
think its all down to how any branch is run and the teams work ethics .

Well since purchasing my D4 from marshals Landrover Bedford I have had many calls with them about various issues but the main one gear box oil , I spoke to their service department who in turn ask me for pictures so email pictures next conversation is he will forward them to the sales guy to contact me , later that day no contact so I phoned LR customer service and open a case on marshals for not abiding by the terms & conditions of being a LR dealer, so the moral of my story is they are not getting away with palming me off any more

Well the Landrover customer service department, was very helpful & I am hoping that it gets resolved, but they sold me a car with a oil leak & want to make a claim against the extended warranty not a chance they will be paying for it as they haven't done the work that they covered up i.e. Scratches & chips in the wheels even after going back for them to over polish with a mop and take the lacquer off and still not done the wheels, this case will not rest until they get the work completed at their cost at my local dealership, lesson learned will never use them ever again

This Dealership is definitely a waste of space, after so many phone calls trying to get them to rectify the faults, I had to get Landrover customer services involved, & the lies continued, finally my car is being collected today & as promised a courtesy car with a tow bar so I can still go away next weekend if my cars not done, what a load of bull just had a phone call saying we are bringing you a car but it as no tow bar as the car we was giving you with a tow bar as come back without it and we can't get hold of the customer, wishing I hadn't purchased this car from this waste of a space lying dealership, can't wait for it to be repaired then I can use my local dealer [/code]
