current bone of contention with the dealer at the moment mate
We also know it should have come with the dual v telly , it didn't and the mounting position at the foot of the bed on the fridge wall has covered over fixing points , so it was there .
they have been told to find one ,se how it goes

Yeah ive got 2 brackets but no OEM Dual V tv 
told by dealer it was how it came in to them as PX but it does bug me
if im "off the grid" i use a 21" flatscreen tv off a seperate inverter and battery which is prob bettter than the oem set up but i did suspect these go walkies . MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car

well he is back now and the TV doesn't work in the back garden so he's bit the bullet and going to have a status type aerial fitted on Friday .
Not sure what model .

a little bit of info
ive had a problem with the Heki roof light on mine caused by a hairline crack in the rooflight body allowing a drip to get into the remote control receiver part which packed up . from the corrosion on the pcb its obvious to me its probably been like it from new
On taking it up with the dealer (i didnt buy it new) ive found out that the original owner didnt have the van serviced from new and that means that the 10 year manufactures water ingress warranty is now invalid
the unit itself heki 4 (made by Dometic ) in fact only comes with 1 year warranty so im actually double stuffed
after a haggle the dealer has agreed to pay half the cost and theres a kit available for £280 which is just as well as the complete new rooflight is £850 !!
but be warned if you buy a van second hand and it dosent have an unbroken service record any manufactures warranty on any part isnt worth the paper its written on.

Yes fallen foul of that myself. I had the van serviced, but had it done late (was about 60 days late)
Only problem is that they don't tell you that you have invalidated your warranty, they just take your money.
It's only when you subsequently take the van in for repair, and they wait until they have done the repair and only then do they tell you that your warranty is invalid because you had the service done late!
Never will I darken the doorstep of Glossop caravans ever again.

Our new to us 2013 challenger comes with FSH and a 3 year guarantee ,not warranted clever use of words
When you read through the the small print it's not that good but does give a little comfort
