So it's normal to receive a customer survey after purchasing a LR vehicle in the UK? Is it the dealer or LR themselves who send them? I didn't get one when i bought mine in France....

Me neither. Though it may be a new fangled thing as haven't bought a new car from LR since 2006.

I have always had survey's from LR about the service that I have received after a dealership visit, but I've never had one about the vehicle itself.

Seems to be a new thing. Had one when I purchased our VW Cali. When asked if I would buy from the dealer again, I responded maybe.
This allowed VW to claw back from my dealer a considerable amount via the rebate scheme. Had one very dealer on the phone to me. I felt bad so wrote an email to VW
