MY 16 Seat Belt Chime

I've tried to immobilise the seat belt chime on my 2016 HSE Lux using the tried and tested method as described in the Sticky, but to no avail; it worked on my D3 and my 2010 D4 HSE but not on this one!

Any ideas anyone?

Try again - it worked on my MY16 HSE Lux and my previous MY16 HSE... 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4
2017 to date: FFRR SDV8
2023 to date: 2 x FL2 as “second” cars 🙄

2021 to date: Hinckley built ‘14 Triumph Trophy 1200
2022 to date: Hinckley built ‘14 Triumph Trophy 1200 & sidecar!
(One of only two known to exist in the world!)

Yep, worked on my MY16... might not have been quick enough Wink Sill protection - LED internal lights - LED reverse lights - boot liner - Dog Guard - Rock sliders

Thanks for the idea Stephen; it works on a 66 plate RRS loaner too!!

It didn't work the first time, but it did the second time when I was doing it faster Shocked 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4

Tried it again the usual way; with the seat belt release button pressed in all the time whilst inserting / removing the seat belt buckle..... Didn't work Big Cry

Tried a second time, but this time locking the buckle in and releasing it as you would in normal use.

HALLELUJAH: It worked... Very Happy
