From memory ISTR it's 14c. Under that the FBH works with the fans, above that it's just the fans. Assuming battery is charged enough for the car to be happy with it.

Thought it was less than 5° for FBH
I think the 5 degrees is when the engine uses it when running to heat up quicker and keep up to temp.

8 degrees outside temp and nothing, no fault codes though.
Time to order the diagnostics lead I think.

No faults at all on the heater, though the fd (Flame detect button is always red) I cant get any of the park heat tests to work.
Its sparkling clean inside, stripped it all down, all works on the component test, its all down to the flame detect being on red i think.
Any ideas??

Just to confirm its all working now as i'd expect, temp drops below 15 and the timed climate brings the FBH on as required.

Resurrecting an old thread.....
does anyone know if these same 3 CCF changes (in HVAC) can be applied to a 2016 D4 Graphite to enable Timed Climate - FBH is working fine in standard format, but would be great to go out to a warm car these colder mornings.
Thanks

I have switched the function on in my 2016 Graphite. I wouldn't say it's toasty, but its definitely better than getting in cold! Rob

You should be able to enable these on your graphite. The radio start is only needed if you have the remote and receiver fitted. MY16 Landmark - Yulong White
MY10 HSE - Stornoway Grey

Thanks for responses.
Rob - was that done just by amending CCF files... Timed Climate - Enabled, Fuel Burning Heater - Fitted Parking Heat, FBH Call Start - Fitted Radio (although last one may not be necessary as not fitting remote)
Thanks again

It was a while ago, but if I recall correctly, yes it was. I don't have the remote either, but the on screen menu is now active.

Worth getting the remote kit, occasionally come up on here in sales.
Ensure you get the T91 kit and the correct remote, (there are various other posts about that).
If it's very hot, the FBH will fill the cabin with cool air, and the remote works from a stupidly long range !
Bonus being if (when ?) you get rid of the D4, you can remove the remote kit and get most of your money back. 8)

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I have a 2016 D4 HSE with stop/start. I am in Iceland and have a FBH that works, or at least from the smell and sound of it, it works. I also have a GAP tool and the FBH is enabled, as is timed climate. The radio was not enabled. I enabled it and uploaded the CCF and the car went through its series of stops and starts etc.
I cannot find the option for timed climate anywhere...shouldn't it be in the "extras" section of the computer? Or perhaps it is somewhere else and I am missing it? I tried to check every menu I could and could not find it. Anyone have any idea what might be going on here? I was not so bothered by it before, but I have moved to the countryside and already this winter it has been down to -14 and -10 on a reasonable basis. Not like Norway or Russia etc, but still pretty cold, and it would be nice to have the engine warmed up slightly before I go somewhere. I do not really mind going out there and manually activating it first, though I might look into the remote kit (very expensive here, unfortunately).
edit: nevermind! It was fitted std for the FBH. I will update it and see if that solves the issue. Sorry for the false alarm.

Stuart, I had the files updated (per my post above) by Engine710, Edinburgh, and the timed climAte option now appears on th extra features screen - can now go in and set timed heating schedule and single events - as far as I know it was just a case of amending 2 files then restarting
